I'm actually surprised because I watched a few Youtube videos on other women trying it out and most of them didn't get a good result. One side is medical grade, pure silicone, the other side is like a sponge foundation applicator. The silicone side is supposed to be used for your foundation or any cream that you apply to your face. The spongie side is to be used for dry powders. I just used both side with the wet foundation and both sides work great.This one is from an Amazon seller by the name of COSME. There are two in the pack. This applicator is very easy to clean, just add a little bit of soap and rinse with warm water and it comes clean. I think the best thing about these silicone applicators is that it's non-porous so it doesn't absorb your foundation. Also, because it's non-porous, it doesn't hold all the dirt from your face and harbor bacteria. I'm really satisfied with this silicone foundation applicator.
